Let’s Rebuild Your Confidence In the saddle

I know what it feels like to struggle on the inside, while trying to hold it together on the outside.

And I also know what it takes to rebuild yourself from that place.

Over the years, I’ve done a lot of my own inner work, not just to cope, but to genuinely change how I think and feel.

That journey led me to train in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and timeline therapy, and eventually become a transformational coach.

Horses have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve worked with them since I was 16.

I understand first-hand how quickly confidence can change, and how deeply it can affect you in the saddle.

Riding isn’t just physical, it’s emotional.

And when something shifts internally, it shows up immediately with your horse.

What I do now is bring those two worlds together.

I help riders who feel anxious, tense or lacking confidence in the saddle, using a deeper approach that goes beyond just “pushing through”.

My work combines professional training with real experience, so we’re not just talking about confidence…

we’re changing how you actually feel when you ride.

This isn’t about forcing yourself forward or pretending you’re fine.

It’s about understanding what’s really going on underneath 

and helping you feel calm, safe and back in control again.

I believe confidence isn’t something you force.

It’s something you rebuild by understanding yourself more deeply.

Many riders feel frustrated with themselves when confidence drops, believing they should just “push through” or be stronger.

But when your confidence has been shaken, your mind is trying to protect you.

And the harder you fight that, the stronger it often feels.

Real, lasting confidence in the saddle comes from working with your mind, not against it.

My approach is gentle, supportive and tailored to you.

We don’t rush.

We don’t push.

And we don’t pretend everything is fine when it isn’t.

Using coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and timeline therapy, we work at a deeper level  helping you release the patterns and emotional responses that are holding you back.

So confidence doesn’t feel forced…

it starts to return naturally.
